Property Slideshows using iMovie

Had a small commission for Damson Homes who are New Home Builders in the West Midlands.

The brief was quite simple: They wanted a couple of slide shop, one to promote the new site, the other to show how quickly they build their properties (they supplied the photos for this one.

They also stipulated they wanted it to be ‘You Tube’ enabale and they’d love some tracking and panning.

How do you get tracking and panning from still images?  It called the ‘Ken Burns’ effect and can be easily run off in iMovie 08 and 09 for the Mac.

Corporate Headshots at Warwick Univeristy

We had a great morning recently at Warwick University taking corporate headshots for a Alexander-EEC, firm of management consultants.

Alexander are a national firm so having all their head-shots done at one of their annual get-together’s was very efficient.  The whole job (25 or so head-shots) only took a couple of hours, so it didn’t even eat into their day!
